Zaice does not upload, share, or sell your personal information or checklist data. Catalogs, containers, items, to-dos, expenses, and backups are stored only on your device and are not automatically synced across devices.

When you export a backup, you send it yourself through the system share sheet. Import is incremental and does not overwrite existing data. Payments and membership status are handled by Apple through StoreKit; Zaice does not access your payment information.

Zaice does not use user accounts, advertising, or third-party analytics.
